Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Service Assistant Manager to support self-storage locations in Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach. This full-time role runs 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with weekend shifts as needed and reports to the District Manager.

You will market and sell self-storage solutions, work both in-office and on-site, perform property upkeep, daily walks, and handle payments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Real ID or Passport for travel to required training centers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Regular business hours with some weekend work; willingness to travel 0–10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Flexible travel may be required to support multiple locations
