Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Technically savvy and able to learn POS systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Physically able to perform routine maintenance duties
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work at various locations

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units and related products
• Convert inquiries into rentals
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Handle daily bank deposits accurately
• Upsell moving products and assist with unit sizing
• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Promote features and benefits of the property
• Resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain high standards of customer service and drive positive reviews
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards
• Inspect the property including lock checks
• Perform other duties as assigned
