Storage King USA is seeking a part-time Assistant Property Manager to support our Norfolk area locations, with travel to Chesapeake as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, rental processing, and local marketing outreach. Home base is Norfolk, VA, with regular property visits and some weekend hours.

You’ll develop relationships with tenants and local businesses, assist with promotions, and ensure high standards of service while covering multiple stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide best-in-class customer service to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Advocate Storage King USA by showcasing our storage units, products, and promotions.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into storage rentals.
