Job summary

Prime Group Holdings is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the acquisition team. The role focuses on underwriting self-storage opportunities, analyzing data to build a business plan, and assessing investment merits and risks throughout the closing process.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, driven, and a power user of Excel, with 1–3 years in a highly analytical role in CRE or related industries. Denver, CO is the onsite location and growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytical experience, preferably CRE or related field.
• Power user in Microsoft Excel with ability to build/improve models.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new self-storage acquisition opportunities with advanced Excel.
• Manage underwriting queue by prioritizing deals.
• Assess provided seller/broker documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Evaluate market viability and feasibility of deals in target markets.
• Determine market rates and adjust proforma projections accordingly.
• Forecast property taxes, capex, and closing costs using available data.
• Provide concise, cogent recommendations on deal progression based on investment criteria.
