Prime Group Holdings is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support its Acquisition Team in underwriting self-storage opportunities and evaluating investment merits. The role emphasizes advanced Excel modeling, data analysis, and due diligence across the deal lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of delivering clear recommendations, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. Denver-based office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably CRE or related real estate
• Power user in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build/improve models
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, verbal/presentation) skills
• Ability to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new self-storage acquisition opportunities using advanced Excel modeling.
• Manage underwriting queue by prioritizing deals and handling additional responsibilities
• Assess seller/broker provided documentation for completeness and validation
• Evaluate viability of new markets and feasibility of deals
• Determine market rates and adjust proforma rates for facilities
• Predict future property taxes, capex, and closing costs using resources
• Provide concise recommendations on deal progression based on price and investment criteria
