Rochester Regional Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospital Medicine team at Unity Hospital in Rochester, NY. Bring inpatient expertise to a collaborative, supportive environment with physicians and other advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing acute conditions, prescribing medications, and coordinating care while keeping patient education and safety central. Eligible for competitive compensation and benefits, per diem schedule.

Qualifications

• MS: Nursing (Required).
• NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - NYS Office of Professions.
• RN - Registered Nurse - NYS Office of Professions.
• Inpatient hospital medicine experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Prescribe medications, perform minor procedures, and coordinate treatment.
• Update patient charts, billing codes, and required external documents.
