Job summary

The Arc of Monroe in New York seeks a full-time supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and all aspects of Self-Direction Services. You will serve as a resource for people supported, their families, and staff, promoting a person-centered approach and coaching the Self-Direction Specialists.

The role leads the Support Broker and Fiscal Intermediary team, ensures provision and payment of supports per plans, and may carry a small FI/Broker caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with required years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year Self-Direction experience as FI and/or Broker.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combinations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Self-Direction Services.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the Self-Direction Specialists.
• Act as a resource for people supported, families, and staff.
• Ensure provision and payment of supports per self-directed plans.
• Carry a small FI and/or Broker caseload.
