Job summary

Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) in Rochester, NY, seeks a dedicated candidate to oversee the Self-Directed Services program as the employer of record and budget authority. The role involves payroll, background checks, and services documentation to support participants and families.

You will provide fiscal intermediary services, staff supervision, and regulatory guidance for self-directed waiver services while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 60 hours of college study in human services and 3+ years practical experience with individuals with IDD, or 2+ years as a supervisor/agency trainer.
• Bachelor's degree in human services and 2+ years practical experience; 6 months supervisory capacity or 1 year as trainer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Self-Directed Services program and serve as employer of record for plans with budget authority.
• Provide Fiscal Intermediary services to participants and families.
• Train and support self-directed participants and families, including hiring and supervising staff.
• Ensure compliance with Direct Support Professional Core Competencies.
• Review and process timesheets, invoices, and budgeted payments.
