Alta California Regional Center, Inc. seeks a Participant Choice Specialist to support clients choosing services under the SDP. The role involves budgeting, SDP spending plan review, and collaboration with Service Coordinators to implement IPPs.

The Specialist will coordinate with FMS agencies and provide resources for SDP meetings, contributing to client-centered service planning and program outcomes.

Qualificações

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and related services preferred.
• California driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Support SDP (Self-Determination Program) participants and staff.
• Assist with calculation of Individual Budgets and IBCCTs.
• Provide resources to Service Coordinators and client meetings on SDP.
• Review SDP spending plans and aid IPP development.
• Coordinate with Financial Management Services (FMS) agencies.
