Job summary

Alta California Regional Center, Inc. is seeking a Community Services Specialist for the Sacramento office to help develop and evaluate resources ensuring services for clients with developmental disabilities.

The position recruits community resources, coordinates with providers, families, and staff, and writes detailed reports on evaluation findings while supporting quality assurance and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and disseminate information.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of need related to services and resources for clients.
• Develop and monitor community resources and collaboration with partners.
• Prepare evaluation reports and advise providers on corrective actions.
