Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at self-checkout and engage customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and use their name whenever possible.
• Assist customers on how to use Self-checkouts, including the hand scanner for a quick checkout.
• Monitor self-checkouts for proper usage and accurate item scanning.
• Maintain a neat and clean self-checkout area and report issues as needed.
• Follow procedures for payments and acceptance of checks and coupons.
