Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and uses their name whenever possible.
• Assist customers on how to use Self-checkouts properly including use of the hand scanner for a Fast and Easy checkout experience.
• Respond timely to customer inquiries and self-checkout system notifications.
• Monitor multiple self-checkouts for proper customer usage including the scanning of all items.
• Maintain alertness and call for assistance when needed to service customers per service standards.
• Engage and identify self-checkout customers needing assistance.
• Is courteous and helpful to other associates and customers.
