Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers
• Greet customers by name when possible and assist with Self-checkout usage
• Monitor multiple self-checkouts and ensure accurate scanning of items
• Assist in scanning orders and provide payment instructions when needed
• Perform self-checkout voids and age-restricted verifications per Front End Standard Practice
• Keep self-checkout areas neat, clean, and well presented
• Report self-checkout issues to the Customer Service Manager or MOD
• Adhere to all company policies and standard practices
• Complete CBT and training aids for front-end operations
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge while on duty
