Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Assist customers on how to use Self-checkouts properly including use of the hand scanner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and self-checkout system notifications.
• Monitor self-checkouts for proper usage and accurate scanning of items.
• Maintain neat and clean self-checkout area and assist with payments as needed.
• Follow Front End Standard Practice and report issues to manager.
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge and adhere to dress code.
• Complete CBT and training aids as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
