Qualifications

• Must maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Criminal Background verification required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to use web-based technology.
• Must be able to lift or move 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adults with developmental disabilities including money management, personal hygiene, community integration, skill building and safety maintenance.
• Maintain accurate program documentation (transportation, billing, etc.).
• Provide non-medical transportation as needed.
• Check and maintain vehicle maintenance schedule and safety equipment.
• Attend weekly staff/house meetings and coordinate with team.
• Promote a people-first, confidential, empowering environment and respect for Individual Rights.
• Support self-advocacy efforts and cultivate skills for autonomy and independence.
• Develop and provide programming to enhance independence and daily living skills.
• Lead monthly and bi-weekly self-advocacy meetings and manage related budgets.
