Qualifications

• Must successfully pass the DOT physical.
• College degree from accredited University or equivalent is preferred.
• Current Drivers License with acceptable driving record is required.
• Criminal Background verification with acceptable clearance.
• Maintain current and annual training requirements.
• Must safely drive a company vehicle and meet insurance carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of transportation needs to & from community events in all aspects of ADL programming.
• Submission of daily attendance and reports changes in attendance in ADL program as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining ADL program budgets.
• Create and schedule meaningful ADL programming per monthly activity calendar.
• Ensure all ADL equipment is in good working order including programming, safety, mechanical and medical needs.
• Supervise the ADL group and provide support in areas of vulnerability.
• Review and ensure all ADL documentation is completed timely and accurately (transportation, billing, program documentation).
• Submit unusual incidents and assess risk to health & safety with proper notification.
• Attend regular staff meetings and promote a supportive environment.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with community vendors for ADL program planning.
