Job summary

PALS OHIO, LLC. seeks a Program Director to oversee daily operations of developmental disabilities services and maintain program execution at the site. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and care standards while coordinating with Executive Directors and the COO.

You will lead staff orientation, provide monthly supervision, and drive continuous process improvements across the program, reporting to the COO, Operations Director, CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years working with persons with Developmental Disabilities.
• Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and reporting procedures in local counties.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong supervisory, administrative and disciplinary capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate staff orientation and training for new hires.
• Provide monthly supervision and annual performance evaluations.
• Manage employee scheduling and biweekly payroll processing.
• Coordinate outings and activities for clients, ensuring safety.
• Report issues to COO, Operations Director, CEO and Board of Directors.
• Maintain program logs and incident reporting procedures.
• Oversee center and alarm maintenance and drive process improvements.
