Job summary

Synechron seeks a HyperExecute Engineer to design, implement, and optimize large-scale automated test execution environments using LambdaTest HyperExecute. The role focuses on improving test speed, reliability, and CI/CD automation for enterprise testing programs.

The base salary in Charlotte, NC ranges $100k–$110k per year plus benefits. You will configure environments, maintain YAML configurations, and collaborate with QA, DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to raise testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• HyperExecute YAML configurations and test orchestration knowledge required.
• Experience with parallel and distributed test execution is essential.
• Ability to optimize Selenium Grid and Playwright performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize LambdaTest HyperExecute environments for automated test execution.
• Develop and maintain HyperExecute YAML configurations for complex test orchestration workflows.
• Design and implement parallel execution and test sharding strategies to reduce execution time and improve efficiency.
• Optimize execution of Selenium and Playwright test suites for performance and scalability.
• Integrate HyperExecute with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, and Bamboo.
• Implement and maintain Artifact Management for logs, screenshots, videos, reports, and execution results.
• Integrate and support Result Logger frameworks and centralized reporting solutions.
• Monitor execution metrics and identify opportunities for test performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot execution failures, flaky tests, environment issues, and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to support continuous testing initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices for automated test execution.

We are seeking a highly skilled HyperExecute Engineer to design, implement, and optimize large-scale automated test execution environments using LambdaTest HyperExecute. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HyperExecute YAML configuration, test orchestration, parallel and sharded execution strategies, Selenium/Grid optimization, Playwright execution tuning, and integration with reporting and logging frameworks. The role will focus on improving test execution speed, reliability, scalability, and CI/CD automation for enterprise testing programs.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

Configure, administer, and optimize LambdaTest HyperExecute environments for automated test execution.

Develop and maintain HyperExecute YAML configurations for complex test orchestration workflows.

Design and implement parallel execution and test sharding strategies to reduce execution time and improve efficiency.

Optimize execution of Selenium and Playwright test suites for performance and scalability.

Integrate HyperExecute with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, and Bamboo.

Implement and maintain Artifact Management for logs, screenshots, videos, reports, and execution results.

Integrate and support Result Logger frameworks and centralized reporting solutions.

Monitor execution metrics and identify opportunities for test performance improvements.

Troubleshoot execution failures, flaky tests, environment issues, and integration challenges.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to support continuous testing initiatives.
