We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in test automation frameworks such as Cucumber or Selenium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Sunrise, FL is 90‑100 K per year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, or other automation tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and API testing as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Solid understanding of BDD and TDD methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Working knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to collaborate effectively across teams.
