Job summary

Northwest Corp. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking construction crew members for full-time demolition work. You will perform selective demolition, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include site setup/teardown, coordination with teammates, and meeting project schedules. Candidates must pass a pre-employment screen and be able to work outdoors, overtime, and travel as needed. Northwest offers strong pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and overtime/weekends.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Selective demolition, including concrete demolition, saw cutting, drilling, material removal and site preparation.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain demolition, cutting, and drilling equipment; load/unload tools and materials.
• Follow OSHA regulations, safety policies, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe job site.
• Assist with job site setup/teardown, excavation support, traffic control, and other construction activities.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain organized work areas while representing the company professionally on site.
