Job summary

Northwest Corp. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking construction crew members for full-time demolition work. You will perform selective demolition, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include site setup/teardown, coordination with teammates, and meeting project schedules. Candidates must pass a pre-employment screen and be able to work outdoors, overtime, and travel as needed. Northwest offers strong pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and overtime/weekends.
• Occasional travel may be required.

What You'll Do

Selective Demolition: Perform concrete demolition, saw cutting, drilling, material removal, and site preparation activities while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate, inspect, and maintain demolition, cutting, and drilling equipment. Load, unload, and transport tools and materials, reporting any equipment issues as needed.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe work environment and compliant job site.

Project Support: Assist with job site setup and teardown, excavation support, traffic control, and other construction activities. Work collaboratively with the team to meet project schedules and production goals.

Quality & Professionalism: Deliver high-quality workmanship, protect surrounding property from damage, maintain clean and organized work areas, and represent the company professionally on all job sites.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional travel, overtime, and double time
• Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
