4 Seasons Demolition Inc in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Laborer to support field operations on demolition projects across North and South Carolina. This entry-level role emphasizes site cleanup, material removal, and assisting skilled crew members on busy job sites.

You will perform manual labor outdoors, operate hand and power tools under supervision, and participate in safety training while traveling to NC/SC sites as needed. Competitive pay and per diem are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in labor, demolition, or construction is a plus.
• Must lift heavy objects, stand long, work in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to NC/SC job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition of buildings and structures safely.
• Perform manual labor including lifting and debris removal.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Set up and dismantle job sites with signs/barricades.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas daily.
• Communicate with supervisors for smooth operations.
• Attend safety training and follow site regulations.
• Support skilled tradespeople on site.
