You will document decisions clearly and keep schedules on track, working closely with sales, estimating, production, and the field team.

Experience in retail design, furniture, flooring, cabinetry, real estate, hospitality, or another customer-facing role can provide a valuable foundation.

As the Selections Coordinator, you will help homeowners choose the finishes, colors, materials, and options that make their homes feel personal. You'll combine welcoming client conversations with careful organization, keeping decisions documented and on schedule. Training and professional-development opportunities will help you build your knowledge of products, selections, and the homebuilding process.

Compensation

• Full-time, exempt position.
• Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
