Job summary

Special Education Associates is seeking compassionate SEITs to work with preschool-aged children across NYC. Earn up to $85/hour and enjoy a flexible schedule with options for Full-Time or Part-Time engagement.

Qualifications

• New York State Special Education Teacher Certification (Birth–Grade 2, All Grades, or Permanent Certification).

• Compassionate, patient, organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized SEIT services to preschool-aged children in school, daycare, or home settings.
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Foster communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and academic development.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and other service providers.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Create engaging, positive learning experiences that help children reach their full potential.

Special Education Associates is looking for compassionate, dedicatedSpecial Education Itinerant Teachers (SEIT)to provide services to preschool-aged children (CPSE) with autism, speech delays, and other developmental disabilities throughout New York City.
