Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. is hiring Special Education Itinerant Teachers (SEIT) to provide 1:1 teaching for preschoolers ages 3–5 across NYC’s five boroughs. Positions are full-time or part-time with W2 status and pay $78–$80 per hour for the SY 26-27.

Responsibilities include implementing IEPs, coordinating with teachers and families, and documenting progress. Requires Master’s Degree and NYS Special Education Certification. DOE employment not allowed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is required.
• Valid NYS Teaching Certification in Special Education (Permanent) or Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2 or All Grades).
• Cannot be a current DOE employee.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group educational services to preschool children as per IEP guidelines.
• Implement the child’s IEP.
• Coordinate IEP with classroom teachers, parents and related service therapists.
• Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals in daily logs.
• Provide detailed progress reports.
• Maintain effective communication with AAK Team and parents.

All About Kids is seeking full-time and part-timeSpecial Education Itinerant Teachers (SEIT)to provide 1:1 teaching to preschool children (ages 3 to 5 years old) throughout New York City’s five boroughs: Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island at preschools, daycares or children's homes.
