Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and teaching license in Moderate Disabilities.
• Massachusetts licensure and ESL/SEI endorsement per state requirements.
• Ability to meet district standards and be Highly Qualified.
• Authorization to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Implement district learning goals aligned with state frameworks.
• Provide small-group instruction for students with moderate to severe cognitive delays.
• Develop IEP goals and provide progress reports.
• Offer accommodations and collect data for assessment and MCAS Alternate prep.
• Collaborate with staff to support student needs.
• Assist students transitioning to adult services when appropriate.
