Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide academic, personal, and career advisement to SEEK students, individually and in groups.
  • Maintain accurate records for SEEK/OSP reporting and advisement contact frequency.
  • Monitor GPA trends, course completion, enrollment status, and early-alert flags.
  • Conduct outreach for at-risk students and support persistence and retention efforts.
  • Assist with SEEK enrollment management, orientation, registration support, and early-term check-ins.
  • Teach first-year SEEK success courses using approved curricula.
  • Plan and deliver workshops on probation recovery, study skills, and time management.
  • Coordinate with campus partners to address barriers identified in OSP reviews.
  • Participate in SEEK program assessment, documentation, and reporting.
