Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Seed Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in seed strategy, seed sales, product management, agronomy leadership, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success developing seed strategies, delivering sales growth, and managing partnerships.
• Understanding of cooperative business model and customer/member focus.
• Experience leading employees or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across sales regions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Develop and execute seed strategy to drive sustainable growth and market share.
• Establish and manage partnerships with seed manufacturers and stakeholders.
• Create long-term growth plans for AG regions with clear goals and metrics.
• Develop go-to-market programs and promotional strategies to increase seed orders.
• Collaborate with Agronomy sales teams to improve customer experience through recommendations and positioning.
• Evaluate market trends and technologies to identify opportunities and manage risk.
• Set pricing, budgets, and profitability targets for the seed business.
• Provide leadership and coaching for a small team of direct reports while guiding broader teams.
• Support seed training and education to strengthen product knowledge and customer value.
