Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required, or equivalent experience in sales or agronomy.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in varied outdoor/indoor conditions.
• English proficiency and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales contacts with guidance from management.
• Develop sales and product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Sell agronomy products and services to meet sales goals.
• Scout fields and make recommendations with a Sales Agronomist.
• Provide customer service and handle complaints politely.
• Grow the assigned territory in sales over 2–3 years.
• Adhere to safety regulations including OSHA and DOT.
