Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic IT knowledge (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver's license; driving record must meet guidelines.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
• Ability to work days, nights, rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the production sites and use real time data to maximize procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; troubleshoot equipment, processes, and systems as needed.
• Support plant areas in adopting continuous improvement practices (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Use SAP to document readings, maintenance orders and production information.
• Maintain key process documentation (operating, start-up, and shut-down procedures; standard work; PD diagrams).
• Adhere to Bayer’s HSE and QA/QC standards (safety and operating procedures).
• Participate in Daily Direction Setting meetings and allocate resources.
• Drive a company vehicle as part of job duties.
