Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Seed Technician in Waco, Nebraska to operate production equipment, apply real-time data to optimize procedures, and support continuous improvement across the plant. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs and flexibility for day/night shifts and overtime.

Preferred candidates have technical education (Associates/Bachelor's) and SAP/PLC experience; 24/7 rotating shifts are possible, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic IT knowledge (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver's license; ability to drive a company car per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in production sites and use real time data to improve procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; troubleshoot equipment, processes and systems.
• Support plant areas in 5S, Lean, Six Sigma; promote continuous improvement.
