Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in agricultural research, field operations, or crop production considered.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support production of high-quality soybean seed at the Aberdeen Research Center.
• Lead the soybean purification nursery from start to finish, including data collection.
• Operate research equipment and UAV; manage seed processing and shipment.
• Supervise seasonal staff and ensure safety and protocol compliance.
• Maintain organized seed inventories and assist with plot planning and data quality.
