The role emphasizes safety, data integrity, and practical agronomic leadership in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a bachelor's in agronomy or related field and at least one year of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Has at least one year of experience in agronomy, field science, or related fields.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a team in a field setting.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acreage planning, strategy, logistics, and resource allocation for field activities.
• Coach growers on agronomic improvements to enhance yields and seed quality.
• Ensure compliance with government programs and environmental standards.
• Work with certifying agencies to meet standards and participate in safety programs.
• Establish relationships with internal/external partners and lead data collection and reporting.
