Job summary

Jung Seed Company in Randolph, WI is seeking a motivated Seed Processing Supervisor to support our Seed Department with maintaining bulk inventory, creating and processing work orders, and overseeing a team.

You will supervise 12-15 employees, ensure production goals and deadlines are met, allocate weekly workload, and provide cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seed Processing Supervisorto support our Seed Department with maintaining bulk inventory, creating and processing work orders and overseeing a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate records of bulk seed inventory
• Create and process work orders to support production needs across multiple product lines
• Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 12-15 employees
• Ensure production goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Plan and allocate weekly workload to maintain efficiency across all production areas
• Provide cross-functional support
• Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Other duties as assigned
