Millborn Seeds is seeking a full-time Cleaner Operator at our Hemingford, NE site to support seed processing, packaging, inventory movement, and shipping. You will operate seed-cleaning equipment safely, ensure product quality, and keep the processing schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience operating or troubleshooting basic production equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of agricultural products or seed operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily seed-processing schedule safely, accurately, and on time.
• Set up, operate, and monitor seed-cleaning equipment per specifications.
• Inspect cleaned seed for quality and adjust equipment as needed.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and escalate issues promptly.
• Package, label, and stage cleaned products for storage or shipment.
• Prepare outbound shipments for scheduled pickup with accurate paperwork.
• Load and unload bulk seed shipments safely and efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, inventory movement, and general warehouse flow.
