Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s in agribusiness, supply chain, or agronomy preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics handling agricultural commodities, seeds, or perishables.
• Proficient with logistics and inventory software, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal shipping coordination: schedule inbound/outbound shipments with carriers.
• Agricultural compliance: prepare and verify seed certificates, analyses, and tags.
• Inventory & lot tracking: coordinate with warehouse teams to track lots and dates.
• Route & load optimization: plan routes to reduce transit times and costs.
• Documentation management: prepare bills of lading, forms, and packing lists.
