Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Johnston, IA, is seeking a Logistics Analyst to optimize freight and warehousing strategies across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll analyze KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support seasonal shipping plans to improve service, cost, and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, with strong data interpretation, SAP/ERP familiarity, and a track record of continuous improvement. Hybrid in-office schedule Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, agriculture, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and freight cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop geographic distribution targets and plans to support on-time delivery and customer service objectives.
• Provide distribution and logistics support for all seed brands across the U.S. and Canada.
• Monitor weekly shipping pace, inbound/outbound targets, carrier capacity, and dock capacity; identify risks and implement timely solutions.
