Job summary

Illinois Foundation Seeds, Inc. is seeking a Seed Inventory & Conditioning Supervisor in Nampa, ID to lead day-to-day seed processing, conditioning, and inventory activities.

The role focuses on accuracy, timely task completion, and adherence to seed lot integrity across storage, processing, and shipping stages. The ideal candidate has seed production experience and strong organizational skills, with the ability to supervise field operations and seasonal labor while maintaining safety practices

Qualifications

• BS in Agriculture or Crop Science preferred.
• Experience in seed production or related field.
• Ability to obtain fumigation & treatment license.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day seed processing and handling activities.
• Supervise seed receiving, conditioning, packaging and distribution.
• Conduct inventory audits and discards.
• Manage shipping of customer orders per requirements.
• Ensure seed lot integrity during storage, processing, and shipping.
• Supervise seed conditioning in Nampa and/or Melba.
