Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC is seeking a Conditioning Supervisor to lead conditioning operations, train staff, and ensure seed meets quality specs while maximizing throughput. You will supervise activities, enforce safety, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

The role involves operating conditioning equipment, recording quality checks, keeping records organized, and maintaining a clean, safe work area throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train other employees working within conditioning processes (including safety programs).
• Performing work activities safely.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System.
• Operate seed conditioning equipment and document quality checks.
• Utilize computers to record and locate information.
• Clean all equipment between conditioning runs to maintain product integrity.
• Lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs for extended periods.
• Safely climb stairs/ladders to monitor and adjust equipment.
• Maximize product throughput while maintaining quality and integrity.
• Complete conditioning records accurately.
• Perform preseason maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
