Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2+ years in Customer Service.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Microsoft NAV, Peoplesoft, and/or ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks under deadline pressure.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter, energetic, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter, revise, cancel, and confirm orders in internal systems.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, and/or in-person.
• Create and update B2B sales orders for customers and suppliers.
• Maintain filing systems for PODs, electronic and physical.
• Assist with sales and customer calls and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Track and trace customer shipments.
• Coordinate across departments to manage orders.
• Answer inquiries on order status and pricing.
• Update Excel databases with customer contact information.
• Manage multiple key accounts daily.
• Run weekly backorder and open order reports.
• All other duties as assigned.
