Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial or agricultural processing equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Basic understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate seed conditioning equipment in accordance with established instructions and safety protocols.
• Perform quality control checks in line with the Quality Management System (QMS) and accurately document results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, thoroughly cleaning all equipment between conditioning runs to ensure product integrity.
• Assist with tower maintenance activities to support continuous plant operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
