Responsibilities

• Ensure that all conditioned runs meet customer quality requirements.
• Operate seed conditioning equipment safely and document quality checks.
• Clean all equipment between conditioning runs to maintain product integrity.
• Assist with tower maintenance activities.
• Operate tower to minimize bagger downtime due to lack of seed.
• Monitor and adjust equipment safely.
• Complete all conditioning records accurately.
• Perform preseason maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Assist in other areas of the location as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
