Remington Seeds LLC is seeking a Conditioning Supervisor to lead conditioning operations, train staff, and ensure seed meets quality specs while maximizing throughput. You will supervise activities, enforce safety, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
The role involves operating conditioning equipment, recording quality checks, keeping records organized, and maintaining a clean, safe work area throughout the season.
The Conditioning Supervisor works closely with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioned seed meets customer quality specifications, while also attempting to maximize the total number of units bagged from each run. Other essential job functions may include but not limited to:
