Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC is seeking a Conditioning Operator to support seed conditioning operations and ensure product quality. You will work with the Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to deliver high-quality products while optimizing operational output.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating industrial or agricultural processing equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate seed conditioning equipment in accordance with established instructions and safety protocols
• Perform quality control checks in line with the Quality Management System (QMS) and accurately document results
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, thoroughly cleaning all equipment between conditioning runs to ensure product integrity
• Assist with tower maintenance activities to support continuous plant operations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
