Job summary

Responsibilities include logging dryer temperatures and humidity, collecting test samples, verifying bag sizes and blend sheets, and developing QC procedures. The position is full-time in a warehouse/office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with QA procedures and record keeping.
• Understanding of coating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check dryer temperature hourly and log the readings.
• Take seed samples and report irregularities to the operator.
• Monitor humidity and seed moisture hourly and log values.
• Verify bag size and type against the blend sheet.
• Compare lot information on bags with the blend sheet.
• Develop quality control procedures and collect lab samples.
• Determine seed durability and update the log.
• Operate handheld inkjet printer for stencil orders.
