Job summary

Myrinn is seeking a General Manager to lead the short-term rental portfolio in Sedona, Arizona. You will oversee operations, owner and guest experience, and people leadership, building systems and processes to scale.

Reporting to the owner, you will drive weekly rhythms, KPIs, and profitability while aligning cross‑department teams, ensuring compliance with local ordinances, and delivering five‑star service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management.
• Experience leading multiple departments with KPIs.
• Financial acumen: comfortable owning budgets and profitability.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with property management systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations and Growth & Owner Success with existing teams.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, guest communications, and virtual assistants.
• Implement a disciplined weekly operating rhythm; familiarity with EOS/Traction is a plus.
• Drive portfolio profitability, cost per home, and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Sedona local ordinances, permitting, and safety standards.
• Track KPIs and report results to senior leadership.
