• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or short-term rental property care with ability to inspect and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive property inspections before guest arrivals.
• Stage each home according to presentation and quality standards.
• Identify and report maintenance or property-related concerns.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks when needed.
• Monitor and restock property inventory and supplies.
• Train new housekeeping team members and provide coaching.
• Provide emergency housekeeping coverage when necessary.
• Assist with scheduling and last-minute staffing changes.
• Deliver items to guests and assist with laundry turnover.
• Meet vendors at properties and coordinate access.
