Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a Security Assistant for the Western Currency Facility (BEP) in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on visitor processing, badge issuance, PIV credentialing, and strict adherence to access-control procedures.

The position requires strong customer service skills, 5 years of related experience, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. A T4 High Public Trust clearance is expected; HSPD-12 training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or security roles.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated history of professional conduct and customer service to government personnel and visitors.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with U.S. government access control programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff the badge and PIV credentialing center and visitor processing center.
• Issue and print PIV cards and visitor badges; manage access control.
• Perform HSPD-12 enrollment tasks and registrar duties; verify sponsor/cor ID documents.
• Generate security and visitor reports and maintain logs, records, and databases.
• Support badge operations, parking, mail handling, and appointment scheduling.
