Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a Security Administration/Visitor Control professional in Bedford, MA. The role supports program security administration, entry control, and visitor management, reporting to the Chief of Security.

Clears must be established before start, with potential CI polygraph eligibility. Responsibilities include logging visitors, badge issuance, access control, and safeguarding secure areas.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Prior Military or Construction/Physical security experience desirable.
• Valid CAG certification desirable (CDSE).
• Prior active duty in the U.S. Air Force a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check identification of all visitors and ensure they're sponsored and cleared via JPAS or a local database.
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
• Ensure visitors are not bringing prohibited items (cell phones, PDAs, etc.).
• Receive and distribute packages in accordance with procedures.
• Verify personnel have authorized access badges and display them.
• Assist with entry control and security procedures as directed by the Chief of Security.
