Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation, a registered Government contractor, is seeking a Security Assistant for the Eastern Currency Facility (BEP) in Washington, DC. The role involves issuing PIV cards and visitor badges, processing visitors, managing access, and generating security reports.

The position requires at least 5 years of experience in administrative or security roles, strong computer skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the administrative or security field and a strong computer user aptitude.
Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Demonstrated history of not being a potential threat to the health, safety, security, general well-being, or operational mission of the facility.
Present a neat and clean appearance and have a history of superior personal and professional conduct.
Intermediate level computer skills with ability to work with multiple worksheets and data filtering.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and issue PIV cards and visitor badges.
Process visitors and manage access incl. HSPD-12 processes.
Run reports and maintain badge room records and security logs.
Complete Government-provided training for USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby.
Maintain and update records and ensure badge accountability.
